We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Food and Beverage Manager to join our team based at Beaulieu and The Drift Inn, Beaulieu. Joining us on a full time, permanent basis you will receive a competitive salary of up to £28,080.00 per annum depending on experience, plus bonus.

Our ideal Food and Beverage Manager will:
Overall management of the restaurant in line with company procedures and adhering to brand standards.
Lead by example with a hands on approach and manage effectively the team of staff.
Preparing staff rota’s for the salaried and zero hours team, with a 4 week lead time ensuring the pub is manned effectively at all times in line with budget.
Responsible for ensuring all team members are trained effectively, using the training checklists and company SOP’s to ensure consistency and high levels of service.
Develop the team to achieve high standards of customer service through ongoing communication, training, delegation and Performance and Development Reviews
Responsible for planning ahead for future peaks and troughs to ensure the pub is stocked and manned effectively and the business can plan marketing drives effectively.
Overseeing the ordering of drinks and toiletries.
Overall responsibility for the Health and Safety of guests, staff, and visitors through constant administration of fire procedures, Kitchen and Health & Safety Risk Assessments.
Responsible for trip advisor responses for the pub; highlighting patterns and suggesting improvements for the future.
Ensure, as DPS, that standards comply with the liquor license.
Increase repeat business by forming professional relationships with all clients. Managing time to personally oversee all functions.
Control cost of sales and overhead expenses to enable budgeted profits to be achieved, monitoring food, liquor and staffing costs on a weekly basis.
Attend monthly stocktakes
Ensure a member of staff is delegated as the Green Team Representative and Social Representative at all times.
To organise regular meetings with the site General Manager to discuss progress and current issues.
Ensure a high standard of repair and maintenance of the building and equipment.
Work alongside Central Support Office, understanding, communicating and adhering to the company’s procedures.
