Job description

We are supporting a professional services firm in their appointment of a Financial Director.

Working as part of the Board you will be integral to formulating and driving the future growth strategy and maximizing profitability.

We are looking for a natural leader who has operated at a senior level within a regulated professional services business.

The role will include;

• Ensuring robust financial controls are in place.
• Assessing new business opportunities including due diligence and integration of potential acquisitions.
• Developing KPIs and MI to allow each department to maximise profitability.
• Cash flow management including assessing the availability and viability of debt funding.
• Be the point of contact for all external advisors including the company auditors.
• Management and leadership of the finance team.
