Pulse Nursing are offering a variety of day shifts for Community Nurses in Derby. Our Community Nurses provide invaluable care to clients with a variety of needs within their home environment.
Community Nurses enable people across Derby to pursue happy and healthy lives. The care our Community Nurse’s provide prevent extra pressure on the NHS hospitals by freeing up beds and looking after patients at their home. This rewarding role puts the patients at the heart of everything our Community Nurses do.
Shifts available to suit your lifestyle across full time and part time hours. Rates available from £21.50 to £25.00 per hour (PAYE, Ltd or Umbrella)
Community Nurse responsibilities includes :
- Providing basic care such as checking temperature, blood pressure and breathing
- Changing catheters as required
- Diabetes Care
- Medicine management
- Compliance with documentation
- Wound management & symptom control
- Visiting a variety of clients, caring for their needs in timely manner.
Community Nurse Role Requirements :
- Registered nurse with a current NMC pin
- A minimum 6 Month NHS experience within the last 2 years
- In date Driving license with use of own car
- Meet our Framework Compliance requirement (we will guide you through this)
- We can also upskill you for Community Nursing Roles. Experience working in A&E and ITU Unit as well as Medical and Surgical nurses that want to a change and work in the community can apply.
