Job description
New Chassis Engineer opportunity available to join a prestigious company who work within Powered Access, VMU's and HGV's at their depot near to Rotheram- If you are looking for you next career move as a Chassis Engineer then this could be for you.
TheChassis Engineer Role:
Repair a fleet of vehicles in accordance to manufacturer specification
Diagnose or assist in the diagnosis of vehicle faults
Assist with roadside breakdowns when required
Accurately fill out service sheets
About you:
You will have previous experience working as a Chassis Engineer, Chassis Mechanic, HGV mechanic, HGV technician, HGV fitter or HGV engineer.
You may hold a City and Guilds or NVQ in heavy vehicle mechanics, automotive mechanics/engineering, plant maintenance or mechanical engineering
You may have experience in carrying out MOT's to VOSA standards.
Benefits for the HGV Mechanic:
£35k - £45k DOE
22 days holiday + bank holidays
Monday - Friday
