HERTFORDSHIRE, HERTS
£35,000 - £50,000
QED Legal are keen to speak with Private Client Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executive regarding a role we have for a well-respected Legal 500 law firm in Hertfordshire.
The ideal candidate will be NQ to 4 years of experience within private client, be capable of managing a mixed & varied caseload, and have obtained or keen to obtain a STEP / SFE qualification.
The department is specialist on advising the below:
- Wills and inheritance disputes
- Declaration of Trusts
- Deeds of Variation
- Probate and Estate Administration
- Writing and Reviewing Your Wills
- Inheritance Tax Planning
