What you will do in your working day
Your duties will include:
- Working within the different departments and team members on site and in the office.
- Providing a top-level customer service for team members and customers face-to-face as well as telephone and email.
- Providing general office administration support to the office manager on a day to day basis.
- Producing documentation in Word and Excel aligned with business and project needs.
The training you will be getting
- Business administrator Level 3 (A level)
- Workplace delivery.
- 21 months plus 3 months End Point Assessment.
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
- Potential position upon successful completion of the apprenticeship
- Progression to a level 4 qualification.
