This Legal 500 commercial powerhouse law firm in the heart of London's legal district is growing and this presents a very unique opportunity to join the firm's impressive roster of Intellectual Property lawyers.
The Firm: This leading Legal 500 team has an impressive mix of IP contentious and non-contentious solicitors and trade mark attorneys working as one.
They provide a full service to clients from the acquisition, exploitation and protection of intellectual property, through to its commercial use and the handling of infringement and other contentious issues.
The Role: This is a great opportunity for an Intellectual Property Associate with 2-3 years PQE to join this Top 120 International Law Firm.
Within this role you will;
- Assist supervising partner/s where required but with the ability to manage a varied caseload.
- Take client's instructions and advise on the law and legal issues relating to the case.
- Draft relevant documents, letters and correspondence tailored to the client's individual needs and requirements.
- Assist in the running of proceedings at the High Court (including IPEC), the UKIPO and EUIPO.
The Ideal Candidate: - You will have 2-3 years PQE.
- You will have good organisational skills.
- You will have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
