Administrator
Immediate start
Location : Yeovil
Hours: 37 hours per week
Pay : £11 to £13 per hour
Duration : This is a temporary position for 6 months

Dynamite recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established organisation who have sites across the UK.

Due to a busy period our client is looking to recruit an Administrator to join the organisation immediately. As an Administrator you will work as part of a specialist department to assist the team with managing schedules and diaries.

As a Administrator you will be responsible for:

• To support a team with all round administrative tasks.
• Monitor invoices and raise any issues relating to invoices.
• Raise purchase orders.
• Schedule/plan and manage diaries.
• Reschedule work when required.
• Update and maintain an internal database.
• Liaise with suppliers to order materials and ensure they are delivered in time for jobs.
• Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing advice and sorting issues.

The ideal Administrator will have/be:

• Experience of providing administrative support in a diverse setting.
• Excellent IT skills.
• Demonstrates competence in the use of a wide range of I.T. based systems but particularly Microsoft suite of applications, including Word and Excel.
• Demonstrates high standards of customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills when liaising with internal/external departments, customers and third parties.
• Strong attention to detail.
• A team player that can prioritise workloads and adapt between tasks.
