Job description

This Law firm are in a multi sector law firm based in Lancashire; they now seek a Private Client Solicitor to join the busy team.

You will be expected to advise clients in the following:

• Drafting wills
• Probate planning and estate administration

To be successful in this Private Client Solicitor role you must be able to demonstrate:

• Previous experience of the above matters

The successful candidate will work directly with the Head of Department, where they will act for individuals instructing the firm on a variety of matters including Wills, Trust and Probates.

The ideal candidate will be NQ Solicitor with experience working on wills and probate matters in a previous role or undertaken a seat within this sector or law.

Salary of offer for this Private Client Solicitor role £28,000 – £32,000 Dependant on previous private client experience.
