Digital Business Analyst – Contract Vacancy
IR35 Status: Inside
Rate: £350 – £400 p/d
Working Location: Chertsey (Hybrid – 3 days a week)
Contract Length: 11 months
Start Date: ASAP
My client is looking for a Digital Business Analyst on an 11-month contract. The client is an IT services and consulting company that provides cloud computing and digital logistics.
You will be working in the PMO team and be primarily focused on the relationship between the Online Experience team, an eCommerce platform partner and internal support teams. This will involve working closely with Project Managers to deliver key projects that will be involved in various work streams.
Technical Requirements
- 3+ years of eCommerce/retail experience.
- Experience delivering business requirements, business process design and function design on digital change and eCommerce projects.
- Applying DevOps (CI/CD) and automation throughout the program development and rollouts.
- Knowledge of corporate global ERP Systems (SAP Desired).
- Excellent knowledge of web platforms and systems integration.
- Working knowledge of HTML, JSON, and JavaScript.
Requirements
- Foster effective relationships with the Online Experience Team.
- Support the Digital Project Manager during the start-up and planning phase to ensure digital projects are set up for a successful delivery.
- Business analysis experience working within a digital and E-Commerce function.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional and business specifications in Jira and Confluence.
- Document project requirements through the writing of user stories supported by explicit acceptance criteria.
- Create any relevant as-is and to-be process flows/swim lane diagrams for projects.
- Create and execute user acceptance test scripts.
- Alongside the project team, review and sign-off solution designs presented by the systems integrator.
