About The Role
At OCS, our cleaners play an important part in providing safe, clean environments in which our customers can thrive in their workspaces.
You will be working Monday to Friday, on a permanent part-time basis, 06:30 to 11:30, 25 hours per week.
You'll also:
- Make sure that areas are always cleaned to the highest standards.
- Always work safely.
- Make sure equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored correctly.
- You will be carrying out a range of cleaning activities including mopping, sweeping, dusting, emptying bins and cleaning washrooms.
- To take responsibility for all consumables, equipment and machinery used
- To understand the units working pattern so you do not conflict with the units daily working pattern
- You will be required to work closely with the Group Health and Safety team who are available to provide safety advice and support
- Furthermore, you will be required to ensure that safety initiatives are implemented within your areas of control

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Good attention to detail
- The ability to be able to communicate effectively in English
- To be reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work
- Cleaning experience within a healthcare environment desired but not essential as full training will be provided
