AS OUR SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER YOU WILL…
Work closely with one of our biggest clients, EA SPORTS through;
Managing and supporting the delivery of contractual marketing rights across EA SPORTS FC football talent.
Being responsible for a team of two junior executives, who shall support in the delivery of rights across EA SPORTS FC football talent.
Supporting EA SPORTS in planning talent rights utilisation across key EA SPORTS FC marketing campaigns.
Leading communications with a number of talent representation to receive approval on FC marketing campaign content and to plan appearance and event attendances.
Owning the entire process of receiving marketing material approvals from EA SPORTS FC talent and report any feedback back to EA.
Conducting research and generate creative ideas related to the activation of talent rights, where required.
Managing and supporting the end-to-end logistics of appearances and events linked to EA SPORTS FC ambassadors (to attend such occasions when needed).
Participating in EA SPORTS FC strategy and marketing campaign meetings to identify athlete led activation plans.
Leading the tracking and reporting of KPI´s for FC ambassador activations and marketing campaigns.
Providing overarching management for EA SPORTS to maintain and update internal records, logs and key client reporting / tracking documentation.
For future FC games, supporting in the identification of new ambassadorial talent.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING…
Athlete activation experience (preferably with football / sporting talent) of 3+ years
Great relationship skills and experience in engaging with high profile talent and their representation.
Entrenched in football culture, lifestyle and trends.
Team management experience 1+ years
Available to travel (nationally / internationally) and have the flexibility to regularly meet the EA SPORTS client and attend events on an evening / at weekends.
Have an interest in gaming, preferably EA SPORTS FC.
Languages.
English (Mandatory, fluent),
An additional language(s) is of benefit.
Ability to manage multiple projects at once – enjoying a fast-paced work environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Creative & proactively minded.
A positive, flexible attitude.
Flawless attention to detail.
Strong organisational and time management skills,
Ability to work as part of a team as well as individually.
