Job Title:  Senior FP&A Analyst 

Location: Crowthorne House, Wokingham (Hybrid Working)

Brand : Leaders Romans Group

Hours:  Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm

Job Summary:

This role will develop and strengthen the reporting, analysis and planning areas of the FP&A team. This is a commercial role with a significant element of business partnering. 

Close working relationships with the Group Finance Controller, Finance Director, CFO, Sales & Lettings Directors.

We are currently implementing an EPM solution which will deliver more efficient reporting & planning processes and support the development of the FP&A function.

Some travel may be required (1 night, every 1-2 months) as team is based across Crowthorne House, Wokingham and Beckett House, Worthing.

K ey Responsibilities: 

• Production of the monthly OpCo Pack for circulation to the board and private equity owners.
• Monthly P&L and KPI variance analysis and supporting commentary, highlighting trends, risks and opportunities. 
• Analysis of complex data to drive actionable insight for the business.
• Business partnering with divisional directors & senior teams to drive plans to deliver growth and profitability.
• Supporting the planning cycle – modelling key assumptions and ensuring buy in from divisions and board.
• Incorporate acquisitions into LRG FP&A (working with acquisition integration team). 
• Ad hoc project work.

Attributes essential for the role:

• Strong written and oral communication skills. 
• Background in FP&A or other commercial finance roles. 
• Excellent excel and powerpoint skills. 
• Qualified (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) 

Preferred but not essential:

• Line management experience.
• Business Partnering Experience.
• Power Query knowledge.
• Experience with Jedox or similar EPM system.
• Knowledge of property market and associated services.
