Are you a dedicated and passionate Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of special education students? Our Ofsted outstanding SEND school in Lancaster is searching for a dynamic teacher to join our team, and we're offering a competitive daily rate of £120 from Monday to Friday. This position is available immediately.

The Role: As a SEND Teacher in our school, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our students. Your responsibilities will include:
Planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to individual student needs.
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Working closely with support staff to ensure the holistic development of each student.
Monitoring and reporting on student progress.
What We're Looking For: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualities and qualifications:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent SEND teaching qualification.
Experience working with students with special educational needs.
Passion for making a positive impact on the lives of SEND students.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Adaptability and creativity in your teaching approach.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
Spencer Clarke Group work with a variety of schools covering a wide geographical area. We deal with teaching placements at Primary, Secondary, Special Education needs and college level as well as support staff positions also within these.
