Senior Land Manager .

Housebuilding. Buckinghamshire.

Basic c£65-85,000 (DOE) + Bonus + Car Allowance + Benefits.

An established housebuilder, with exciting growth plans, is keen to recruit a dynamic Senior Land Manager with a proven track record of acquiring immediate land.

The company produce an excellent product in desirable locations and have significant funding available, ensuring quick approval.

This opportunity would suit either a Land Manager looking for the next step in their career, or a Senior Land Manager wishing to join a growing and fast paced company.

You will be responsible for:

• Identification and acquisition of sites up to 300 plots (Immediate land)
• Negotiating contracts to achieve the most favourable terms and conditions
• Responsible for projects from initial site identification, appraisal and approval, acquisition and achieving implementable planning permission Co-ordinate and assist with the management of the planning application process
• Be highly visible within the land and professional community, consistently developing your network

You will have a proven track record of acquiring small to medium sites and have an established network of contacts within the region.
