Job description
The Construction Partner will have a range of responsibilities including;
- Bringing in new clients and contacts
- Building and shaping a local Construction practice and working closely with the wider national Construction team across the UK
- Working with Birmingham based Partners in other legal areas
- Recruiting and growing a team locally
- Contribute to business development and the firm's strategic direction.
- Mentor and train junior team members.
