Job description
The Aftersales Marketing Department for a large corporation are looking for an individual to join them in their department as a Marketing Administrator. The Marketing Administrator will report directly to the Marketing Manager and will work closely with the Parts Sales & Marketing team, Business Intelligence, Special Lines, and Key Account personnel within the business, as well as liaise with third-party suppliers.
Focus on activities will encompass a broad range of operational marketing activities, including campaign creation and deployment, digital campaigns, loyalty schemes, product communication, and marketing initiative support, to provide a full understanding of the aftersales offering of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support with planning, implementing, and monitoring of quarterly marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Creation and adaption of marketing assets, both printed and digital.
- Management of the communication portal and other marketing platforms, communicating marketing and product updates.
- Support the development of a digital marketing strategy.
- Liaising with marketing staff to follow up on their marketing initiatives.
- Point of contact for suppliers and marketing agencies, supporting the business on a day-to-day basis.
- Work with the Central Product Marketing team, to adapt and improve the Product Strategy at a local level
- Creation of company letters & other key communications.
- Support the promotion of the GROW sales incentive scheme.
- Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
- Ultimately support the Sales & Marketing team in all efforts aimed at enhancing dealers’ and customers’ confidence in our products and gaining market share in our segment.
Job requirements and qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent in Marketing and/or Business
- Excellent organisation skills with good attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and InDesign
- Advanced IT competencies, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- Solutions-oriented person, motivated by challenge
- Good presentation skills
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Full clean Driving Licence
