Job description

We are recruiting for an Internal Account Manager, on behalf of a large independent Electrical Wholesaler, located local to Chigwell.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very profitable and rapidly growing Electrical Wholesaler, with an amazing salary package and bonus scheme!

Key Responsibilities:

Working with a predominantly Domestic customer base, dealing with inbound sales enquiries
Deliver excellent customer service
Build and maintain successful partnerships with customers, colleagues and suppliers and focus on the achievement of long-term customer loyalty
Managing and developing both existing and new customer accounts
Manage customer queries in relation to invoices, orders or stock
Collaborating with customers, colleagues and suppliers by supporting with promotions, sales events, supplier days and new product launches
Experience / Skills:

Electrical Wholesale experience (essential)
Excellent customer service skills
Confident telephone manner
Proactive
Confident working in a fast-paced sales environment
