Novalis Trust, is a charity that supports children and adults with Neurodevelopmental Difficulties and other learning needs. The Adult Support Worker role is based at Paradise House, a residential home for people aged 18-65.
Responsibilities for this role:
• Establishing key support relationships with the residents
• Giving them the care, guidance and support they need to thrive
• Fun and laughter whilst taking part in many different activities for leisure and skills development.

• From £12.00per hour (higher rates of pay for staff with RQF Level 3) and £79 sleep in rate which equates to an average salary of £34,100.00 per year
• Fixed 2 week rota

• Equivalent of 5.6 weeks annual leave per year pro rata

Requirements for this role are:
• Some experience of working with people in a person-centered way is desirable but not essential.
• An ability to adapt your approach to individual needs and come up with creative solutions to overcome challenges will also help
• Kind, caring, adaptable and reliable
