Exciting Opportunity for Field Sales Executive in Waste Management & Recycling with a Forward-Thinking Company Seeking a New Business Specialist
Join a well-established company in a dynamic role focused on new business sales. They are seeking an adept Field Sales Executive experienced in driving new opportunities by selling Waste Management and Recycling contracts to diverse businesses in the South West.
Competitive Salary: £35-40k plus uncapped commission (Expected Total Earnings £55k)

Location: Opportunity open to candidates residing in Somerset, South Wales, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, or nearby regions.
Roles and Qualities:
Field Sales Executive with expertise in Waste Management & Recycling
Engage in a proactive and lively role primarily focused on acquiring new business, involving on-field activities regardless of weather conditions.
Thrive in a competitive market, prioritizing winning deals over succumbing to pressure.
Demonstrate proficiency in negotiation and selling within defined margins, avoiding reliance on price reductions.
Skilled in solution selling, providing tailored Waste Management services such as Commercial Waste collections, Recycling Services, Skip and RoRo Hire, among others, to suit clients’ unique requirements.
Experience Requirements:
Proven track record in new business development within a sales environment.
Background in sales or business development is preferred; familiarity with Waste Management or Recycling is advantageous.
Self-motivated individual capable of independently scheduling appointments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ideal candidates would have experience in B2B sales across various sectors including Waste Management, Recycling, Scrap Metal, Hygiene, Washrooms, Plant Hire, Laundry Services, Contract Cleaning Services, Pest Control, Facilities Management (FM), Industrial or Commercial Cleaning, Electronic Security, Fire Safety, and Water Treatment.
