Position: Warehouse Operative
Location: Gaydon, United Kingdom
Shift: 06:15-16:30 Monday-Friday (4 out of 5 days with a rotating day off)
Hourly Pay: £11.86
Overtime Pay: £17.79 Mon-Sat, £23.72 Sundays

Job Description: As a Warehouse Operative, your responsibilities will include:

- Working both independently and as part of a team to efficiently complete tasks.
- Meeting and maintaining business performance targets.
- Picking and packing products, which may involve manual handling such as bending, stretching, stooping, stepping, reaching, and lifting.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations to work safely.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should:

- Have good communication skills.
- Be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude toward work.
- Enjoy working systematically and productively.
- Possess a moderate level of fitness to comfortably carry out tasks that involve physical activity.
