Remuneration: Circa £110,000+

Description: 

Part OR Full time Performer Dentist required for 3-5 days in a busy, mixed, well established INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice in Wigan, Greater Manchester.
•             £13-£14.50 per UDA
•             EXCELLENT PRIVATE POTENTIAL (£5K-£15K PER MONTH POTENTIAL)
•             50/50 PVT & LABS
•             5 Associates, Therapist & Hygienist on-site
•             Fully computerised surgeries - 6 surgery practice
•             iTero
•             Digital x-rays
•             Rotary endo
•             Full support team including a Hygienist
•             Near train station
•             10 minutes from Wigan, 30 minutes to Warrington, 45 minutes to Manchester. 
•             Available now, negotiable start date

Compliance requirements:
- Full NHS Performer Number
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years 
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
