Southeast -  Up to £60K per annum

As our Contract Manager, you'll be at the helm of operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceeding client expectations. Your role will involve:

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and motivating a diverse team to effectively manage resources and deliver efficient business operations across multiple locations.
• Achieving budgeted financial results that exceed service levels and client standards.
• Fostering a positive engagement with customers and client teams.
• Engaging in stakeholder and operations management with a commercial astuteness.
• Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal support services.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking an experienced individual with a knack for leadership and commercial acumen.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in client-facing, operational or project management roles.
• Proven track record in budget management and performance metrics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to navigate complex challenges with ease.
• Proficient in setting and managing budgets and KPI performance.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
