The Role
At Head Office, we are searching for a Book Keeper to join our team. You will be responsible to the Company Director for the day-to-day running of invoicing, fees and Statements. You will work as part of a larger team.
As Book Keeper you will be:
-Processing payments, invoices, income and receipts and entering data into accounting software or our own bespoke system
-Preparing financial statements showing business income and expenditure
-Paying vendor invoices and tracking bank account balances
-Updating fees from Bank Statements
-Chasing outstanding fees or invoices
-Debtors and Creditors
-Verifying the accuracy of business accounts and alerting the Accountant or Business owner of errors
-Recording any inconsistencies to help the Accountants reconcile inaccuracies
-Developing monthly financial statements including cash flow, profit and loss and balance sheets

-A confident communicator to deal independently with clients
-Have knowledge of Mac computers and computer skills
Experience
For this role it is essential that you have:
-Book Keeping: 1 year (Required)
-Administration: 1 year (Required)
-Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
-Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
