HGV Technician

Location: Cramlington, Northumberland

Salary: £41,410 + Excellent Benefits

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

The Client:

Our client is a well-established privately owned transportation company, specialising in warehousing, logistics, removals, and self-storage solutions.

The Role:

As an HGV Technician , you will play a pivotal role in performing fault diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on diverse range of vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Perform breakdown recovery and MOT prep / presentation.
• Execute full vehicle overhaul, including engine / gearbox repairs.
• Work independently with initiative to meet tight deadlines.

Requirements:

• Previously worked as an HGV Technician, HGV Mechanic or in a similar role.
• Minimum 3-5 years post-qualification experience.
• Hold Level 3 Heavy Vehicle Maintenance / Repairs or Time Served qualification.
• Class 1 HGV Licence. (Beneficial)
• Valid driving licence.
