HGV Workshop Foreman

Location Droitwich Spa

Salary negotiable

Full time Monday to Friday

We are a leading manufacturer of commercial vehicles based in, Worcestershire where we provide vehicle solutions and aftersales support to prestigious organisations such as the RAC and AA.

We are an approved DVSA IVA inspection centre and are about to achieve accreditation to be an Authorised Testing Facility (ATF).

Due to continued business success, we are seeking an experienced HGV Workshop Foreman to work at our modern aftersales centre where we service, repair, refurbish and inspect rescue and recovery vehicles, HGVs, trailers, light commercial vehicles, and coaches.

Candidate Requirements:

• High level of technical knowledge

• Good leadership and communication skills

• Able to prioritise and organise technical team workload

• Ensure that workshop paperwork is completed in a correct and timely
manner

• Routine vehicle service and maintenance skills to DVSA standards

• Fault finding, diagnostic and rectification skills

• Inspection and MOT preparation

• Class 1 licence an advantage but not essential

Candidate Package:

• 08:00 to 17:30 - Monday to Friday

• Competitive salary (dependant on experience)

• Overtime available

• 28 days annual leave

Experience:

• Commercial Vehicle Mechanic: 3 years (required)
