This programme will include a mix of new building construction and refurbishment schemes.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated, ambitious and experienced built environment/construction project manager to plan and manage the day-to-day project programme from a client perspective, engaging professional consultants as well as internal stakeholders.  Supporting the Deputy Director of Capital Developments you will use your technical experience to manage a portfolio of projects across multiple sites.

Educated to degree level, or equivalent experience, you will demonstrate a proven ability in project management and successful delivery of projects related to construction/building environments.  Working on multiple projects you will have experience of stakeholder management, cost control, programming, change control and reporting.   The role will also require excellent communications skills and the ability to manage customer expectations in line with project requirements, health and safety and budgets.  Above all you will be organised, methodical, with a high attention to detail and enjoy working as part of a team in a busy environment.
