MATERIAL HANDLER

ROTATING DAY SHIFT: 6-2 AND 2-10

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Material Handler, you are responsible for ensuring the right material is delivered in the right quantity at the right time to the line whilst achieving a smooth movement of inventory and information through production units.

Your main focus:

• Manage the movement of materials and Finished Goods through Production Departments, maintaining smooth flow to and from our Warehouse.
• Process all returns in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that high Material Usage Variance are investigated, and explanations outlined to the Value Stream Lead to allow them to process.
• Complete SAP transaction for every job online to ensure traceability of materials in the department and ensure correct materials come to line.
• Validate inventory of production consumables within the area on a weekly basis, i.e., Labels, Shipper Boxes/Lids, Shrink-wrap etc.
• Follow all Company Safety Procedures and adhere to all processes, procedures and guidelines in place.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You like to work independently but also as part of a team. You are conscientious and thorough. As an experienced Material Handler, you will feed off the energy you get from working in a fast-paced environment. Other than that, you should have/be:

• Factory experience desirable, but not essential.
• Good level of written and spoken English.
• Available for alternative shift pattern/fixed night shift.
• Capable of performing manual tasks, using manual handling equipment
• Open to a diverse workplace and loves to work in a team.
