Job description

About the role:

As a Recovery and Opportunities Coordinator, your role is centred around developing, implementing, and monitoring an in-house Recovery and Opportunities Programme that encompasses key focus areas of relationships, mental and physical health, substance use, and learning opportunities.

You are responsible for planning and facilitating group work sessions, supporting the staff team in client work, fostering partnership working, promoting social inclusion, and actively participating in developing a team approach.

With a strong emphasis on client empowerment and engagement, you will contribute to creating a psychosocial environment conducive to recovery and healthy social relationships.
