Business Development Manager – IT MSP

Dudley

£35,000 - £40,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an IT Sales professional with a fast-growing independent IT Services business based near Dudley. This organically grown company has an excellent reputation of providing IT support, Cloud & Professional Services to small and medium-sized businesses across the Midlands.

The role will incorporate a mixture of account management and new business sales, working alongside the Sales Director and the broader sales team. This role will include leading sales activity with existing accounts, working independently and with the team to generate/build out new business pipeline and supporting the Sales Director to develop their Sales processes and offerings.

To be successful for the position, you should;

• Have a proven background in IT Sales, having experience selling a similar portfolio of products. These include IT Managed Services, Cloud Solutions & Professional Services.
• Proven track record in generating new sales opportunities and developing sales opportunities within existing customers.
• Good knowledge of the sales process, from lead generation to deal completion.
• Ability to pitch & present the full product offering either over the phone or in person

To prosper within this role, it is vital that you are a self-motivated and determined individual. It also highly important that you can manage your own diary and provide accurate sales forecasts as time in the role progresses.

If preferred, the business is flexible regarding working from home, ideally requiring the successful person to work in their Dudley offices 2-3 days per week.
