Job description

Purely Automotive Recruitment offers a great and exciting opportunity for a Service Advisor to join the busy team at our client based in Bolton. Our client is a highly successful privatelyowned dealer group operating a number of premium automotive brands across Greater Manchester Lancashire & Lincolnshire.

Requirements

As Service Advisor you will provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between our customers and the workshop. You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing and keep the customer updated at every stage whilst answering any questions or queries they may have. You will also liaise with Technicians & workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles will be ready on time. You will also have the ability to give best advice on manufacturer products and services to customers.

We are looking for individuals with a proven track record within a customer facing environment. We require individuals who can solve problems quickly and possess a strong attitude towards delivering excellent customer service levels. You will also have excellent organisational and administrative skills along with good attention to detail with passion for the automotive industry. A working knowledge of Kerridge systems would be advantageous but not essential.
