We are working on behalf of some of best hotels and restaurants across the Central Belt in helping them find experienced Sous to join their brigades. You will need to have at least 2 year's experience as a CDP working in high end restaurants or 4 to 5 star hotel. You will have a strong passion for food and the desire to learn and progress.
