Position: Advanced Nurse Practitioner
Location: Littlehampton, West Sussex
Job type: Permanent (part-time or full-time)
Salary: £30 - £37 per hour (negotiable based upon experience)
I have an exciting Advanced Nurse Practitioner working within a busy GP surgery! In this Advanced Nurse Practitioner position, you will be responsible to work within a supportive, multidisciplinary team consisting of; General Practitioners, Practice Nurses, Paramedics and a close knit, experienced administrative team. This Advanced Nurse Practitioner position is on a permanent basis with both full and part time hours offered.
Duties Include:
- Provide a full range of clinical services including triage, assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management of acute and chronic conditions to patients of all ages.
- Undertake assessments and formulating management plans in consultation with patients and other members of the healthcare team.
- Prescribe medications as required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in accordance with clinical and professional standards.
- Provide patient education, advice and support on self-management of conditions and healthy lifestyles.
- Support the development of our practice and participating in clinical governance activities.
