How you'll make an impact

A bit about the job:

In this role you will be helping a variety of small to medium size businesses find insurance policies that meet their needs. You will speak to new and existing customers who have made an appointment to discuss their insurance (there is no cold calling) and use your communication skills to build a rapport, gather the right information to understand their needs and help them find the right insurance policy, supporting them and providing excellent customer service along the way.

The position will involve communicating with customers and colleagues to turn round enquiries quickly across our insurance sectors. You will be responsible for creating documents for new customers, along with any mid-term adjustments and renewals information, obtaining renewal terms for customers, preparing renewals closings from meeting minutes, whilst ensuring cover is bound by a renewal date.

There is no lead generation required in this role and leads will be given to you from a separate lead generation team. You will be taking mainly all inbound calls but will be required to make some outbound calls when you need to ask clients for instruction.

You might need to balance multiple tasks at the same time, utilise a range of systems and will work in a dynamic, friendly, agile team.
