Job description

As part of our Housing Managed Contract, you’ll ensure that people sleeping rough can access local systems. You’ll coordinate support services, work with stakeholders and provide support to enable clients to move away from living on the streets.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing a caseload of customers who are ready to move away from living on the streets
• Being a single point of contact for customers who are sleeping rough, supporting through pathway systems to resettlement support
• Building trust with customers, using effective, personalised and creative support, and psychologically informed techniques
• Helping customers build confidence, resilience, and emotional wellbeing

What we’re looking for:

• NVQ level 2/3 in social care, or equivalent
• Knowledge of homelessness legislation and practice
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle
