Lead Project Manager (Rotating equipment / Oil & Gas)

70,000 – 85,000 + Flexi Hours + 2–3 Days WFH + Career Progression Operations + Full Industry Training + 34 Days holiday + Private Healthcare + Private Pension

Home and office based, Commutable to Lincolnshire and surrounding areas

Are you from a Leadership, Managerial or Man–Management position within the Technical Engineering sector such as Mechanical Engineering, Rotating Equipment, Oil and Gas or similar looking to join a globally renowned $20m turnover specialist who have sites across the UK where you will be given full autonomy to manage Project Engineering functions with the ability to improve, oversee and implement your own processes to put your own stamp on the role combined with clear routes of career progression?

This is a truly rare and exciting opportunity to lead and manage a small team of experts, with the view to progress your career alongside specialist technical training whilst having the autonomy to manage your diary and team how you see best fit to achieve the company goals

This company has projects at all corners of the globe, you will be joining a small technical specialist team and focus on managing and running a 7 person team that oversees high–value and specification projects from cradle to grave.

This role will suit a Lead Project Manager who is looking to run and manage a small specialist team with the opportunity to gain further responsibility.

The Role:
Managing a team of 7 Project Engineers to ensure duties and responsibilities are met
Overhauling a change management process to implement best procedures
Further training and career scope

The Person:
Experience in the Technical Engineering sector such as Automation, Controls or Naval
Previous Man–Management experience
Looking to work within a leadership role
