As Digital Marketer at IOLLA, you will play a crucial and exciting part in shaping and executing our digital marketing initiatives, with a specific focus on email marketing and website optimisation. You will lead the development and implementation of strategies to enhance our online presence, engage our community, and drive sales growth.
What you'll do
Email Marketing
- Develop, execute and optimise email marketing campaigns to effectively reach and engage target audiences.
- Analyse email campaign performance metrics, provide insights and implement improvements to our ongoing email tactics.
- Build segments to offer personalised experiences and benefits to our community to achieve maximum engagement
Website Optimisation
- Lead the continuous improvement of the IOLLA website, with a focus on user experience and conversion rate optimisation
- Propose and implement enhancements to the website, including; design changes, functionality improvements and content updates.
- Optimise key content pages, including product pages, using SEO best practices
- Conduct regular A/B testing to identify and implement improvements for website performance
- Collaborate with external parties and agencies as required
Content Development
- Collaborate with other members of the creative team to create compelling and engaging continent for email campaigns and website updates
- Ensure that all digital marketing materials align with the brand’s voice and messaging
Metrics and Reporting
- Use analytics tools to monitor website performance, user behaviour and campaign success rates
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators and provide recommendation for campaign improvement and website optimisation

- You have 1-2 years experience in a digital marketing or similar role, with a focus on email marketing and website optimisation
- You have familiarity with email platforms and web analytics tools including Google Analytics/ GA4
- You have strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision making
- You have a creative mindset with a keen eye for design and user experience
- You have excellent communication and collaboration skills
- You have up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices
- You thrive in a busy, multi-task environment working at a fast pace
- You are able to prioritise tasks with the ability to problem solve, thinking outside the box to find solutions
