Fareham Permanent £35,000 - £45,000 per year

About Our Client
My client is a large Financial Services business, with offices across Europe and the US, with this role based in Whiteley (hybrid).
Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Manage team of up to 6 Transactional Administrators - including training/development and performance management
- Undertake managerial review and sign off activity - in line with internal process and procedures
- Ensure team are meeting agreed Service Level agreements including internal quality measures
- Act as ISAE Authorised signatory to complete 4-eyes checking and administration matters, ensuring that regulatory guidelines are adhered to
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with Client Facing Teams
- Manage day-to-day operational issues and responding to urgent client team requests
- Drive a continuous improvement culture to evaluate and improve operations and performance
- Assist and support the induction, integration, and training of new staff

The right candidate will have worked in previous senior transactional roles.
