Location:Rochester, Kent (Hybrid)
Salary: £30k - £45k + Excellent Benefits

The Role:
They are seeking a Resolutions Specialist to meticulously investigate and address complaints in a timely manner, ensuring equitable client resolutions.
Responsibilities:
? Investigate and resolve complaints promptly, ensuring fairness for clients.
? Manage complaint process, adhering to regulatory timeframes.
? Precise and organised documentation of complaints, ensuring up-to-date complaint files
? Communicate effectively with clients for resolution and updates.
? Conduct precise redress calculations as per DISP rules.
? Handle escalated complaints with the Financial Ombudsman Service.
? Collaborate regularly with the Adviser Team on complaint matters.
? Analyse root causes, identify trends and propose solutions.
? Update senior staff with analysis findings and updates.
Requirements:
? Previous experience working as a Resolutions Specialist, Complaints Handler in a similar role.
? Experience in overseeing advice & administration complaints in financial services.
? Proficiency in conducting redress calculations aligned with DISP rules
? Dip PFS Level 4 qualification or equivalent (Beneficial)
? Strong understanding of DISP requirements, as regulated by the FCA.
? Skillful in investigating complaints, composing acknowledgments, & delivering conclusive responses within regulatory timeframes.
