- Act as a local business partner for other departments
- Make financial recommendations in order to deliver desired commercial outcomes
- Hold dept heads accountable for adhering to agreed budgets and optimise ROI
- Understand and explain financial context to senior management team
- Drive business strategy
- Forecast and project future business performance and expenditure
- Provide both periodic and ad hoc reports
- Communicate consolidated accounts to regional team
