Job description
Wellbeing Worker (Relief) based at Maidment Court HWC, Poole
Available Hours:
Relief - Various hours per week.
The right person must provide an environment where residents feel safe and secure, they must support the residents with their well-being, and provide meaningful activities to suit all residents.
The right person must be flexible in their working pattern and be able to work a 7-day rota.
They must be sensitive to the needs of residents, therefore you must enjoy the company of older people and work well as part of a team.
