Top Job Recruitment is currently recruiting recruitment consultants to join our flourishing Colchester city center office.
Whether it’s to join one of our existing divisions or if you have something fresh to bring to the table – we’d love to have a chat!
As a recruitment consultant, you will be in charge of sourcing individuals for client companies for both temporary and permanent employment vacancies. The position serves as a critical point of contact between candidates and clients. It entails attracting business from clients through the use of sales, business development, and marketing tactics.
