The role:

• Assessing patients
• Taking samples, pulses, temperatures and blood pressures.
• Monitoring and administering medication.
• To establish and uphold the utmost level of care within the clinical setting.
• Adhere to the home's policies and procedures.
• Oversee the care and ancillary staff in the home.
• The individual in this role will guarantee the delivery of safe and efficient patient care while collaborating as a cohesive team member.
• Operate in alignment with the NMC Code of Professional Standards of Practice and Behaviour for Nurses and Midwives 2015
