The role: Exciting Opportunity for Corporate Senior Associate 3-5 years PQE seeking to gain autonomy and high levels of responsibility working with major clients with one of Manchester's leading teams. The Legal 500 ranked department has seen significant growth and expansion due to their investment in sector specialism in areas such as; Future Energy, Real Estate, Digital, Financial Services and more. You will work at a senior level heading up significant transactions on a full range of M&A including Acquisitions & Disposals, Management buyouts/Ins and Private Equity and Venture Capital investments. This role is perfect for a tenacious and ambitious individual who wishes to not only collaborate and spearhead the business development strategies but also supervise, support and develop more junior members of the team promoting and improving the overall success of the department.
