Care Home Manager required to join care home / nursing home based in the High Wycombe area, Buckinghamshire area.

The nursing home is a modern building with excellent clinical facilities. It is well decorated with a good score on carehome.co.uk. The nursing home has a very good reputation locally.

Our client prefers to hire an experienced Care Home Manager. Registered Home Manager / Care Home Manager candidates should have a proven track record of overseeing care homes with excellent resident care delivery and CQC reports.

As Registered Home Manager / Care Home Manager you will develop the home. You will oversee care planning and ensure that the home is as successful as possible.

You should have an NVQ Level 5 qualification and care home management experience.

The successful Registered Home Manager / Care Home Manager candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:

- Experienced care home manager
- Proven track record of successful care home management
- Proven success in the nursing home sector
- Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
- Dynamic & Enthusiastic
- Strong business management

Duties will include:
- Overall responsibility of the care home
- Staff management/appraisals/training within the home
- Care plans/reviews/meetings
- Budget management for the home

Ideal candidates should have worked as a: Care Home Manager, Elderly Care Manager, Registered Manager, Home Manager, Area Manager, Peripatetic Manager, Residential Home Manager, Buckinghamshire etc.
