Technical Analyst
Technical Analyst – Harrogate – Up to £24k + Benefits
Software, Agile, Analyst
This advanced and rapidly growing company are looking to add a Technical Analyst to their team based in Harrogate. The Technical Analyst will have experience supporting project delivery throughout the entire life cycle. You will be joining a face paced environment and will have to work to deadlines as a team.
Excellent communication skills are essential for this customer-facing role. You will be required to gather and understand requirements whilst ensuring the successful delivery of the service. This role will be office based with all COVID-19 guidelines met to ensure the safety of colleagues.
Essential experience and responsibilities: - Develop a good understanding of all areas of their application software
- Contributing to software delivery
- Requirements gathering
- Applying agile processes
- Stakeholder relationship management
- The ability to work on several projects at one time
- Contribute to project implementation and provide customer feedback
- Understanding of IT applications
