What's the Role?
As our Volunteer Manager, you'll be the architect of our brand-new volunteer programme, aligning perfectly with our fresh business plan kicking off in January 2025. Your creativity and initiative will be key as you'll be drafting role descriptions, conducting interviews, and inducting new volunteers. But that's just for starters. You'll also set up a comprehensive volunteer policy, organise induction sessions, arrange essential training, oversee vetting processes, and maintain meticulous records. Your influence will be felt across the organisation as you guide the direction of volunteer management, making our programme a beacon of success and engagement.
