Job description
A global technology group is recruiting a Tax Manager to join their London office.
Responsibilities:
● Prepare UK corporation tax returns.
● Prepare tax disclosures for statutory accounts of subsidiaries in the EMEA region.
● Contribute to the Group's consolidated tax reporting and forecasting.
● Facilitate the provision of other withholding tax documentation.
● Conduct CFC analysis.
● Prepare interest restriction calculations and the interest restriction return to HMRC.
● Manage tax loss offset and tax payments.
● Support the SAO Certification process.
● Assist in implementing technology developments to enhance the tax team's efficiency.
● Support across transfer pricing and VAT issues
● ACA or ACCA qualified
● Strong tax accounting skills, including knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP
