Job Role: Floating Support Worker
Job Location: Derby
Salary : Up to £11ph

As one of the largest social care agencies in the UK, Brook Street Social Care have some exciting short- and long-term opportunities for Support Workers within homelessness services and hostels.

We are recruiting for a Floating Support Worker to help clients and supporting to championing their progression.

Your role will also include working with:
· Supporting people into housing and offering further support.
· Promote independence.
· Offering additional support with their daily activities.
· Assist with housing applications / benefits and more.
· Competent with using IT systems and smart phones
· Reporting to management
· Ability to deliver additional telephone support and assistance

Qualification
" 6 months of UK care experience
" Full U.K Driving license
