Your responsibilities would include:
- checking Invoicing inputs
- executing Invoicing
- verifying revenue and performing root cause analysis
- distributing and archiving invoices
- standardizing and optimise processes across OpCos and systems
- providing OpCo specific insights if required
- applying deep knowledge of E2E systems and invoicing process and digital
- identifying risk and preventing them in the proactive way
- ensuring process controls, policies and compliance are adhered to and suggest any improvements as appropriate
- working collaboratively with other teams in (e.g Sales, Collection, OpCo Finance) to ensure effective delivery of the processes
- supporting and contribute to the delivery and implementation of continuous improvement projects in collaboration with OpCo, HGSS and in line with HEINEKEN’s standards
- regularly updating the Team Leader about developments and progress of invoicing opportunities and issues
- driving own personal development in Finance specific skills and business knowledge of implementing his/her development plan
- maintaining complete and up to date process documentation
- supporting the team leader.
You are a good candidate if you have:
- english b2/c1
- attention to details
- analytical skills
- ability to work with different systems
- 5-7 experience in finance field
- written and verbal communication skills
- stakeholder management skills
- very good understanding of end2end Order to Cash process
- experience in multi-national environment (incl. Shared Services
- Centres)
- mind-set and Behaviors aligned with HEINEKEN Finance Behaviors
- strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word.
